Ingredients :
- Chicken- 1 kg(cut into small pieces)
- Kashmiri chilly -6 tbsp
- Crushed Ginger- 2 tsp
- Vinegar- 1tsp
- Garam Masala-2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
- Green chilly-5 slits
- Grated Coconut-1/2 cup
- Curry leaves-2 spring
- Salt
- Oil
Method:
- Marinate the chicken pieces with Vinegar,Crushed Ginger and Salt for half an hour.
- Make a smooth paste of Chilly powder, Garam Masala and Turmeric Powder.
- Apply 3/4 of this paste into the marinated chicken and keep aside for another half an hour.
- The grated coconut is mixed with the remaining paste.
- Heat oil in a Deep pan and add the chicken pieces into it (Dee p fry)
- When the chicken pieces are almost done, add the coconut mix,green chilly and curry leaves.
- Fry well
- Drain well and transfer into the serving plate.
Ready!!!!!!!!!!Serve!!!!!!!
