Payyoli Kozhi Porichath


Ingredients :
  1. Chicken- 1 kg(cut into small pieces)
  2. Kashmiri chilly -6 tbsp
  3. Crushed Ginger- 2 tsp
  4. Vinegar- 1tsp
  5. Garam Masala-2 tsp
  6. Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
  7. Green chilly-5 slits
  8. Grated Coconut-1/2 cup
  9. Curry leaves-2 spring
  10. Salt
  11. Oil





Method:

  • Marinate the chicken pieces with Vinegar,Crushed Ginger and Salt for half an hour.
  • Make a smooth paste of Chilly powder, Garam Masala and Turmeric Powder.
  • Apply 3/4 of this paste into the marinated chicken and keep aside for another half an hour.
  • The grated coconut is mixed with the remaining paste.
  • Heat oil in a Deep pan and add the chicken pieces into it (Dee p fry)
  • When the chicken pieces are almost done, add the coconut mix,green chilly and curry leaves.
  • Fry well
  • Drain well and transfer into the serving plate.

Ready!!!!!!!!!!Serve!!!!!!!
