Ingredients :
- Chicken cut into thin slices : 1 Cup
- Chilly Powder : 1.5 tsp
- Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Salt
- Lime Juice : 1/2 tsp
- Onion : 1 big (Chopped)
- Crushed Ginger Garlic : 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves : 2 springs
- Dry Red Chillies : 2
- Coconut Flakes : 2 tbsp
- Cardamom : 1
- Cloves : 2
- Cinnamon : a small pieces
- Fennel Seeds : 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Seeds : 1/2 tsp
- Pepper Powder : 1 tsp
- Coconut Oil
Method :
- Marinate the chicken pieces with half of the chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt , lemon juice and keep aside.
- Heat Coconut Oil in a pan.
- Add Onion sliced, crushed ginger garlic and saute well
- When the onions become transparent add Curry leaves, Red Chillies splitted, Whole Spices and saute again
- Add the remaining red chilly powder,pepper powder and turmeric powder.
- When the raw smell goes add the marinated chicken pieces.
- Cook in low heat(no need of water)
- When the chicken is cooked well and mix with the spices add the fried coconut flakes and mix well.
- Switch off the flame..
Ready!!!!!!!Serve!!!!!!!!!!!!
