Cooking or frying a whole fish is relatively easy and can have it with few easy to get accompaniments like bread, rotis etc....We had this whole fish with spicy potato wedges and frozen parathas last week and it was a different experience...My son made sandwiches out of it for consuming his favourites of favourites item ketch up..and he ordered the potato wedges along with rice for his lunch the next day..And I prepared it for lunch box with fried rice for not only him,,but for me and my H..

- Fish (Medium Size) : Cleaned and make vertical gashes on it): 2-3 ( I used Shour fish. Sorry I don’t know it’s English or Malayalam name)

- Coriander leaves : 1 tsp

Method :
- Marinate the fish with all the ingredients except oil and keep in refrigerator for half n hour to one hour.
