Ingredients:
- Uzhunnuparippu - 2 cup
- Pearl Onion- 4 (chopped)
- Green chillies - 2 nos(chopped)
- Pepper corns - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 spring(chopped)
- Ginger - 1 medium size piece
- Rice powder - 1 tsp
- Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - As req
- Cooking Oil
Method:
- Soak black gram dals for 3-4 hours
- Grind it , better if u don`t add water.
- Add salt and grind again.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to this ground dal and mix well.
- Pat hands with water.
- Make Vadas.
- Deep fry it in oil till golden brown in colour.
Serve hot with chutney .

- Coconut - 1 cup

- Ginger - a small piece
- Green Chilly - 2-3
- Salt
- Coconut Oil
- Mustard seeds - half tsp
- Curry Leaves - 2 springs
- Dry Red chilly -2
Method:
- Grind the ingredients from 1-5 into a smooth paste
- Heat oil in a pan
- Splutter mustard seeds, add curry leaves and dry chillies
- Pour it into the chutney
- Enjoy!!!!!!!!!
