Very tasty and delicious stir fry usually served with rice or kanji ,but we can make it a good combo for appam,puttu etc...
Ingredients:
- Cherupayar (soaked in water for 1 hour) : 1 cup
- Pearl Onions : 4-5
- Garlic: 2-3
- Dry Red Chillies ; 3-4(as per your spice level)
- Curry Leaves
- Salt
- Oil
Method :
- Pressure cook the gram for one whistle in medium flame.
- Crush the pearl onions,garlic and dry red chillies together.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
- When it splutters add curry leaves,the crushed mixture and saute for few seconds.
- Add the cooked green gram,salt and combine well.
Ready!!!!!!!!!Serve!!!!!!!!!!!!
