- chicken-500 gm(cut into small piece)
- onions-2(finely chopped)
- ginger garlic paste-1tsp
- pepper powder-2tsp
- garam masala-1tsp
- turmeric powder-1/4tsp
- coriander powder-1tsp
- Salt
- curry leaves-few
- coriander leaves-few
- Grated Coconut - a handful
- Coconut Oil
Method:
In a Kadai cook chicken with enough water by putting salt,a pinch pepper powder,small piece of ginger and garlic.
When it is cooked,keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions to light brown color and add curry leaves.
Add the ginger garlic paste and saute well.
To this add cooked chicken pieces, turmeric powder,garam masala,coriander powder,salt and pepper powder.
Mix and fry well until the masala coated well with the chicken.
At this stage add the grated coconut and make it dry.
Finally decorate with chopped coriander leaves.
Ready!!!!!!Serve!!!!!!!!!
