This delicious recipe is a fusion of Indian Biryani and Italian Pasta... Very easy to make and having the full flavours of our normal Biryani,but here pasta is used instead of rice..

Ingredients
- Pasta : 1 cup(before cooking)
- Chicken : 500gm (cut into medium size pieces,preferably boneless)
- Onion (Chopped) :1
- Ginger-Garlic Paste :2 tsp
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Green Chilly (Chopped): 2-3
- Tomato(Chopped) : 1 big
- Coriander leaves(chopped) : 2 tbsp
- Mint leaves(Chopped ) 1 tbsp
- Red chilly Powder : 1.5 tsp(divide into two portions)
- Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp(divide into two portions)
- Garam Masala : 1 tsp(divide into two portions)
- Salt
- Cooking Oil
Method
- Marinate the chicken pieces with one portion of red chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallw fry the chicken till it turns brown colour.
- Drain them from the oil and keep aside.
- Add the finely chopped onion,green chilly,ginger garlic paste and saute till it turns brown.
- Add the chopped tomato and the remaining portions of all the powders.
- Saute till the raw smell goes.
- Now add the lime juice,cooked chicken and stir to combine wholetogether.
- Add 2 tbsps of water , cover the pan and cook in medium flame till the chicken pieces become soft.
- Now the masala part is over.
- Cook pasta according to the packet instructions.
- Drain well and mix them in the chicken masala. Keep the pan in medium flame for 2-3 minutes.The cooked pasta should be well coated with the chicken masala.
- Switch off the flame..Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
