Ingredients :
Method:
- Onion (Chopped) : 1 cup
- Green Chilly (Chopped ) : 3-4
- Curry Leaves : 1 spring
- Oil
- Salt
- Coconut (grated ): 1/2 cup
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds &curry leaves.
- Add the chopped onions and green chillies and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add the grated coconut above the vegetables and cover for sometime(4-5 minutes) in low flame.
- Open the lid and combine altogether and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Switch off the flame..
