Onion Stirfry (Ulli Thoran)

Ingredients :

  1. Onion (Chopped) : 1 cup
  2. Green Chilly (Chopped ) : 3-4
  3. Curry Leaves : 1 spring
  4. Oil
  5. Salt
  6. Coconut (grated ): 1/2 cup


Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds &curry leaves.
  • Add the chopped onions and green chillies and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now add the grated coconut above the vegetables and cover for sometime(4-5 minutes) in low flame.
  • Open the lid and combine altogether and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • Switch off the flame..
