Fish Balls


Ingredients

  1. Fish (Fleshy): 250gms
  2. Ginger Garlic paste : 1/2 tsp
  3. Green Chillies : 2(Chopped)
  4. Coriander Leaves - 1tsp(Chopped)
  5. Turmeric Powder :1/2 tsp
  6. Red Chilly Powder : 1 tsp
  7. Coriander Powder : 1 tsp
  8. Salt
  9. Lime Juice : 1/2 tsp
  10. Egg White : 2 eggs
  11. Flour(Maida) : 1/4 cup
  12. Bread Crumbs : 2 Breads
  13. Oil



Method:

  • Cook the fish with the ingredients from 2 to 8 with 2 -3 tbsp of water (low flame) and keep aside
  • Mash the cooked fish with hand
  • Combine maida,half of egg white,half of bread crumbs and lime juice with the mashed mixture
  • Make balls from the mix.
  • Dip in the remaining egg white and roll in the bread crumbs
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Deep fry the balls until golden brown

Ready!!!!!!!Serve!!!!!!
