Nadan Chicken Ulli Roast


This is a very tasty chicken roast with less ingredients, simple procedures and thani naadan .......Its a dry preparation. If it makes in manchatti , it will be more tastier..


Ingredients :


  1. Chicken : 500 gms(cut into small pieces)
  2. Pearl Onions : half cup
  3. Curry Leaves : 2-3 springs
  4. Green Chilly : 2
  5. Red Chilly Powder- 1.5 tsp
  6. Turmeric Powder - half tsp
  7. Fennel Powder : 1 tsp
  8. Salt
  9. Coconut Oil



Method:


  • Heat oil in a munchatti and add pear onions,green chillies and Curry Leaves
  • Saute well till the onions get transparent.
  • Add the powders and cook it till the raw smell goes.
  • Now add chicken pieces with 1/4 cup water and cover the pot(very low flame)
  • When the chicken pieces are cooked and combined well with the gravy..drizzle some coconut oil , put some curry leaves and cover tightly.
Ready!!!!!!!!!Serve!!!!!!!!!!!
