A delicious, nutritious and easy to make side dish with cheera (spinach) for a simple lunch
Ingredients :
- Spinach Chopped : 1 Cup
 - Onion: 1
 - Green Chillies : 2-3
 - Curry Leaves : 2 springs
 - Salt
 - Oil
 - Mustard Seeds
 - Coconut Grated : 1 tsp(optional)
 
Method :
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds
 - Add curry leaves , chopped spinach, sliced onion, and chopped green chillies
 - Stir well
 - Sprinkle 2-3 tsps of water and salt
 - Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
 - When the water completely evaporates open the lid .
 - Stir well and add the grated coconut(not as much as for thoran, 1 teaspoon only)
 
Ingredients :
- Fish : 4 pieces
 - Red Chilly Powder : 2tsp
 - Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
 - Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tsp
 - Pepper Powder : 1 tsp
 - Lemon Juice : from half of a lemon
 - Salt
 - Oil
 
Method :
- Marinate fish pieces with all the ingredients and let it rest for 1 hour.
 - Shallow fry them in medium hot oil
 
Serve!!!!!!!
