A delicious creamy stew with thick coconut milk and some spices.

  9. Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
  10. Black pepper Powder : 1 tsp
  11. Tomatoes : 1
  12. Thin Coconut Milk : 1 cup
  13. Thick Coconut Milk : 1/2 cup
  14. Vinegar : 1 tsp

  • Finally add the thick coconut milk and swirl the pan for mixing well.(At this stage do not boil the gravy..When the bubbles are about to pop up,switch off the flame , add some curry leaves and cover well)

Ready!!!!!!!!Serve!!!!!
