Ingredients
- Tomatoes : 2
- Green Chilly : 2-3
- Pearl Onions : 3-4
- Coconut Grated : 1/2 Cup
- Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Salt
- Curry Leaves : 2-3 Springs
- Mustard Seeds : 1/4 tsp
- Fenugreek Seeds :1/4 tsp
- Oil
Method:
- Cook tomatoes and green chillies with salt.
- Grind Coconut ,pearl onions(2) and turmeric powder into a smooth paste.
- When the tomatoes are cooked well add the ground mixture and allow to bubble,switch off the flame.
- Heat oil in another pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds and add curry leaves and shallots chopped.
- When the shallots become brown pour this into the curry.
Ready!!!!!!!Serve!!!!!!!! with Rice or Chapati
