Kuttanadan Chicken Curry
Chicken Tomato Masala
Ingredients
- Chicken : 500gm(Cut into medium size pieces)
- Onion : 2
- Ginger Garlic Paste : 2 tsp
- Green Chilly : 2-3
- Curry leaves : 2-3 springs
- Pearl Onions : 5-6
- Tomato : 1
- Red Chilly Powder : 2tsp
- Coriander Powder : 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Fennel Powder : 1tsp
- Pepper Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala : 1/4 tsp
- Salt
- Coconut Oil
- Coriander Leaves
Method :
- Heat oil in a pan and Saute onions sliced,sliced pearl onions, green chillies and curry leaves.
- When the onions get transluscent,add ginger garlic paste and saute well.
- After that add all the spice powders except garam masala and saute again.
- When the raw smell goes, add the chopped tomato and cook well.
- When the tomato is completely mix with the masala ,add chicken pieces and 1/2 cup of water.
- Cook well in a closed pan in medium flame.
- Add garam masala and switch off.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

looks yummy....you can sprinkle 1tbsp of lemon juice at the end....switch off the flame and add...more tasty n delicious...
