Muringa Ela Thoran


A simple side dish for lunch and nutritious too!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients :

  1. Muringa Ela(Drumstick Leaves) - 2 Cups
  2. Coconut - 1 Cup
  3. Pearl Onions - 2-3
  4. Green Chilly- 3
  5. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Oil -  half tsp
  7. Mustard Seeds - half tsp
  8. Salt



Method:

  • Crush Coconut with Pearl Onions,Turmeric Powder and Green Chilly
  • Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add the leaves and salt with 2-3 tsps of water.
  • Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Add the crushed mixture it and cover again
  • After 2-3 minutes open and mix well


Ready!!!!!!!!Serve!!!!!!!!
