A simple side dish for lunch and nutritious too!!!!!!!!!
Ingredients :
- Muringa Ela(Drumstick Leaves) - 2 Cups
- Coconut - 1 Cup
- Pearl Onions - 2-3
- Green Chilly- 3
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - half tsp
- Mustard Seeds - half tsp
- Salt
Method:
- Crush Coconut with Pearl Onions,Turmeric Powder and Green Chilly
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add the leaves and salt with 2-3 tsps of water.
- Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes
- Add the crushed mixture it and cover again
- After 2-3 minutes open and mix well
Ready!!!!!!!!Serve!!!!!!!!
