This stirfry is my all time favourite and it is very easy to make.
Ingredients :
- Potato(cubed into small pieces) : 2 medium
- Red Chilly Powder : 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tsp
- Tomato(chopped): 1 small or 1/2 of a big one
- Water : 2-3 tbsp
- Salt
- Curry Leaves
- Coconut Oil : 1 tsp
Method :
- Add all the ingredients except oil and curry leaves in a deep bottomed pan and crush using our hand.
- Switch on the flame ,cover and cook in low flame.
- Open the cover frequently and stir.
- When the water evaporates completely and cook the potatoes well add the coconut oil,curry leaves and mix them well.
- Now the pan remain open for 2-3 minutes in medium flame and stir gently to make the delicious potato stir fry
Ready!!!!!!!Serve!!!!!Enjoy!!!!!!
